I’m Buying Realty Income After Waiting 4 Years

For the first time in nearly four and a half years, I bought additional shares of Realty Income this week. With my last purchase taking place all the way back in 2022, I’m now planning on buying more on a regular basis for the foreseeable future. Now I have been reinvesting all of my dividends between my last purchase in 2022 and now, and during that time, it’s built up a nice dividend snowball. But this marks the first time in a long time that I’ve used non-dividend funds to acquire more shares. So today I’m going to talk about why I think right now is a great time to buy this stock.
