SWIFT’s Ledger Settles Without XRP. Does XRP Actually Win?

XRP (XRP) holders expected Swift to settle on the token, but on July 9th Swift called its shared ledger ready for initial use with seventeen banks, and that ledger settles in tokenized bank deposits, with no bridge asset in the design. The rails got built, and whether XRP was ever part of the plan is the part worth sitting with.
